Mobile App — Terms of Use

1. Service
The NévnapTárX iOS and Android application provides nameday reminders, widgets and notifications. Personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Subscription (NameDayX Premium)
- Subscription name: NameDayX Premium
- Length: 1 month, auto-renewing
- Price: USD 1.99 / month (or local equivalent)
- Price per period: USD 1.99 billed every month
Subscription content:
- Custom greeting messages sendable from the app
- Detailed name meanings
- Ad-free experience
3. Payment and renewal
- The fee is charged to your App Store account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at purchase confirmation.
- The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The store may charge the renewal up to 24 hours before the new period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Manage your subscription directly:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- The store does not provide refunds for the current billing period; in special cases, contact Apple/Google support.
5. Restore purchases
Activate previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore purchase" button inside the app, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
