The nevnap.app website and NévnapTárX mobile app ("Service") is a free information service about Hungarian namedays, name meanings and related content. Provided by Renátó Bogár ("Operator").
2. Acceptance
By using the Service you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
3. Permitted use
Personal, non-commercial use. Prohibited:
- Copying or republishing content without permission
- Automated scraping, bot activity
- Disrupting Service operation
- Collecting other users' data
4. Intellectual property
NévnapTárX's original source code, design, branding and editorial articles are protected by copyright. Rights in cited third-party materials remain with their respective owners; the Operator does not claim exclusive rights in calendar facts or other bare factual data.
5. Content accuracy
The nameday calendar and short name meanings are informational compilations. Calendars may differ, and source-by-source review of meanings is ongoing. Coverage and limitations are documented on the Hungarian database and methodology page. The Operator does not guarantee full accuracy.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for:
- Service downtime
- Notification delays or failures
- Content inaccuracies
- Third-party service (Cloudflare, Google) issues
7. Third-party links
The Service may contain external links (App Store, Google Play, Ko-fi, future partner pages). We are not responsible for those sites.
8. Privacy

9. Changes
Terms may be updated. Significant changes announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
Hungarian law applies. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
