1. Data Controller

Renátó Bogár (sole individual operator, hereinafter "Operator") informs users (hereinafter "You" / "User") about the data processing practices of the nevnap.app website and NévnapTárX mobile application.

2. What data do we collect?

The website has no visitor registration and the Operator does not ask for a name, address or phone number to browse it. Hosting, analytics and advertising providers may nevertheless process technical data:

IP address (processed by providers for connectivity and security)
Browser type, version, operating system
Pages visited, time spent
Referrer page
Device type (mobile/desktop)

3. Purpose and legal basis

Traffic analytics (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent): service improvement.
Cookie management (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent): via the cookie banner.
Ad serving (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent): after AdSense approval and in line with Google's consent requirements for the EEA.

4. Data Processors

We engage the following third-party processors:

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — web hosting, CDN.
Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics (anonymized).
Google Ireland Ltd. — Google AdSense code and consent-management services.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC — App Store, Google Play (mobile app only).

5. Google advertising data

When ads are served, Google and its partners may place and read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other technical identifiers. AdSense code is enabled only on edited publisher-content pages, not on programmatically generated name or date pages.

6. Data retention

Analytics data: 14 months
Cookie preferences: until changed or the browser's local storage is cleared
Hosting and security logs: under Cloudflare's current retention rules
